The largest single-day increase of 90 lab-confirmed cases of COVID-19 were reported in Lincoln Monday, bringing the community total to 889 with 120 recoveries.
Mayor Leirion Gaylor Baird says the large increase in cases is due to a back-log of results at a private lab reported Monday.
Nebraska now has 10,625 cases of COVID-19. The State’s death total from the virus increased by 2 Monday and totals 125.
