Police are investigating a vandalism where a car was shot multiple times with a shotgun.
Officer Erin Spilker says police were called to a residence in the area of 66th and Baldwin around 5 a.m Sunday on reports of gunshots and discovered the vandalized car.
The homeowner told police one of her children was involved in an ongoing dispute.
“Basically, the woman’s child hangs out with people who had an ongoing dispute with another group of people,” said Spilker. “And those people were at her house at the time that this happened.”
Damage to the vehicle is estimated at around $3,000.
