After recent approval of Pat Lopez as the city-county health director, County Attorney Pat Condon releases a statement he will no longer be pursuing a quo warranto action.
The legal proceeding would’ve ousted Lopez since she wasn’t properly approved by the board of health, county commissioners and city council. But after all three groups approved Lopez Monday and Tuesday.
