The Lancaster County Attorney released a statement charging Flipe Vasquez and Orion Ross with Escape after yesterday’s events near Hartley Elementary School in central Lincoln.
Pat Condon’s statement also said “additional charges related to the officer shooting are pending further investigation and review.”
