A teen cruising “O” Street Saturday night had his vehicle pepper sprayed with BB’s that also hit a 16 year old passenger. This happened around 9:30 p.m. The driver recognized the 15 year old suspect who was seen carrying a realistic looking BB gun.
The teens later met up in the parking lot of the Kohl’s store near 84th and O Street where the victim confronted the boy about shooting at his vehicle and his friend. The victim says the 15 year old raised the gun and threatened to shoot him and then hit him across the face with the gun. The passenger and the victim both had injuries consistent with their reports.
The 15 year old suspect was found at his home. He was referred for 3rd degree assault, discharge of a weapon within the city limits, making terroristic threats and for 2nd degree assault. He was then turned over to his parent.
