Two arrests were made at 1:30 a.m. Thursday, October 1st by the Lincoln-Lancaster County Narcotics Task Force, Lincoln Police Department Swat Team and supporting agencies. They served a search warrant at 2nd and Garber Avenue based on a tip they received about drug activity.
Swat Team members talked to two adult individuals inside and an 11 year old child before entering the home. Investigators conducted a search and found 1.4 grams of crack cocaine, 21.4 grams of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and two handguns.
38 year old Jamaal Williams was booked for two counts of possession of a firearm by a prohibited person, possession of a controlled substance and child abuse.
34 year old Jazmes Lott was booked for possession of a controlled substance and child abuse.
The 11 year old was left in the care of a family member.
