Police were called to the Highest Cloud Smoke Shop at 48th and Madison around 3 a.m. to investigate an alarm. Officers found the front door kicked open and another exterior door open.
When officers entered the building they saw items had been thrown around. Officers viewed the store video with the owner and it showed that several people were inside the business after the door was kicked in. They took rolling papers and other smoking products.
