Narcotics Search Warrant Ends With Three Arrests

The Lincoln – Lancaster County Narcotics Task Force served a warrant on a home near 36th and Wildbriar Lane just before midnight on January 7th.

51 year old Mark Fuller was found in the living room and had $1000 in currency on his person and 4.2 grams of suspected methamphetamine and paraphernalia near him.

44 year old Kimberly Spencer was in the dining room and on the table was two packages containing 14.5 grams of suspected methamphetamine on the table.  Drug paraphernalia was also located in her purse.

55 year old Franklin Black was in a basement living room with 5.8 grams of suspected methamphetamine nearby. There were several items of drug paraphernalia located in this room as well as 11.5 Alprazolam pills in a pill bottle along with .4 grams of suspected methamphetamine.

As the search of the residence continued 4.8 grams of suspected methamphetamine and 9 Alprazolam pills were located in the garage with multiple other paraphernalia items. In a bedroom, officers found 20.9 grams of suspected methamphetamine, 17 Hydrocodone pills, and 107 Alprazolam pills.  The bedroom was identified as belonging to Fuller and Spencer.

Fuller, Spencer, and Black were taken into custody.  Fuller was arrested for Possession of Meth with Intent to Deliver, Possess Money while Violating a Drug Law, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Hydrocodone, and Possession of a Controlled Substance Alprazolam.  Spencer was arrested for Possession of Meth with Intent to Deliver, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Hydrocodone and Possession of a Controlled Substance, Alprazolam. While at the jail, corrections staff located an additional 1.5 grams of suspected methamphetamine in Spencer’s undergarments.  Black was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Methamphetamine and Possession of a Controlled Substance, Alprazolam.
