A 38 year old man is facing felony child abuse charges. Just before 8 p.m. on February 13th, Lincoln Police were called to a hospital. Medical personnel reported that a one-month old infant was brought in by his mother. The baby had multiple fractures and a head injury.
It was determined the injuries occurred at the hands of the child’s father, 38 year old Thomas Lally. Police found Lally at his home and he was taken to the police station for questioning. Lally was booked for felony child abuse.
