A traffic stop on Saturday, March 13th around 9:30 at 27th and Superior ended with three arrests made on various drug charges.

Lincoln Police stopped the vehicle for having license plates that expired in December.  Officers noticed a strong smell of marijuana coming from the vehicle and conducted a search.  When the driver, 18 year old Porter Wilkins was asked to get out of the vehicle police saw two open bottles of alcohol on the driver’s floor.  Wilkens and two passengers were asked to get out of the vehicle.

Police conducted a probable cause search and they first found a scale with residue and a container of THC wax.  Officers then saw two back packs in the back seat of the vehicle.

Inside one they found 433 grams of marijuana in heat sealed bags with an estimated street value of $3,800, 81 THC vape pens, seven 1-ounce THC was jars with an estimated street value of $7.400, fourteen 1-ounce THC syrup containers, 66 THC cartridges, drug paraphernalia and a realistic looking Glock BB gun.

Wilkins was arrested for Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Minor in Possession, Open Container in Vehicle, and No Valid Registration.

18 year old Noah Reddick was arrested for Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Minor in Possession.

The 17-year-old was arrested for Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance, Possession of Money with Violating a Drug Law, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Minor in Possession.
