A 33 year old woman remains in serious condition after being rushed to a hospital around noon on Friday, March 19th. The woman was unconscious during transport. Lincoln Police were called to the hospital after it was determined the woman had injuries to her neck consistent with strangulation.
Police then contacted Eulalio DeLeon who stated he was the victim’s partner around 2 p.m. on Friday and was taken into custody.
DeLeon was arrested for felony domestic assault with prior convictions. The victim has not yet been interviewed.
