More than 500 Southeast Community College graduates from all of 2020 and the 2021 Spring Semester will celebrate their accomplishments at a commencement ceremony on Wednesday, May 5, at 6:30 p.m. at Pinnacle Bank Arena in Lincoln.
Associate degrees, Diplomas and Certificates will be awarded.
Since last year’s ceremony was virtual because of COVID-19, all SCC graduates from 2020 – spring, summer and fall – also were invited to participate. This will be the first time SCC students from the Beatrice, Lincoln and Milford campuses will be attending in a single ceremony.
Gov. Pete Ricketts will be the featured speaker at the event.
Doors to PBA will open at 5:30 p.m., and all attendees will need a face covering. Face coverings must be worn throughout the event covering the mouth and nose. Hand sanitizing stations will be available throughout the arena. PBA also has a clear-bag policy.
