Yes, there is a national ranking of America’s best-rated restrooms and they have been collected by Cintas, a business service company that has asked the public to pick their favorite restroom. They were all picked based on hygiene and aesthetics.
Unfortunately, none of these restrooms were located in Nebraska or even in the area, but these were some of the finalists:

Two Cities Pizza in Cincinnati
