A 67-year-old man has been cited for a deadly crash on Highway on Highway 77 in southwest Lincoln last month. Jeffrey Ramirez of Lincoln turned himself in Wednesday morning and was cited and released for motor vehicle homicide.
LPD says 48-year-old Robert Finley was was killed when Ramirez made a left turn into the path of his motorcycle on Highway 77 and West Pioneers Blvd. around 6:40 p.m.
