Due to the predicted rainfall throughout the day on Tuesday one of Lincoln’s favorite summer traditions will be moving indoors Tuesday night.  In a Facebook post Jazz in June says the first concert of the summer will be held at the Lied Center for Performing Arts.

“Rest assured that the Food Festival is still on. The rain is predicted to stop before 5pm, so come grab dinner from one of more than a dozen amazing food trucks,”  Jazz in June said in a Facebook post.

Food will be allowed inside the Lied Center lobbies, but not the theater.  The Food Festival starts Tuesday at 5pm, and Jumanne Smith will take the Lied stage at 7:00pm for the free concert.   Bike valet will also be available as scheduled.

The concert is being moved inside because of the soggy ground and rain during the day will prevent the safe setup of the stage and equipment.
