Lincoln Police say two people were sent to the hospital following a multi-vehicle crash at 48th and Nebraska Parkway around 10:20 Tuesday morning. Public Information Manager Erika Thomas says the crash involved two pickup trucks.
One pickup truck was going eastbound on Nebraska Parkway and made a left turn to go northbound on a flashing yellow light and collided with the second pickup that was westbound on Nebraska Parkway. Thomas says one truck was pushed into two other vehicles.
Both pickup trucks were totaled and the drivers were taken to the hospital with minor injuries. The road has re-opened.
