Lincoln Police are investigating after a crash seriously injured a motorized bike rider Saturday night. LPD says investigators were traveling in the area of 28th and ‘O’ Streets around 7:40 p.m. when they witnessed a serious injury crash between a westbound vehicle and the bike, which was crossing southbound mid block through traffic.
The LPD investigators immediately began rendering aid and requested assistance from Lincoln Fire and Rescue. The 29-year-old man who was riding the bike was transported to an area hospital.
He was last reported in critical, but stable condition.
