Lincoln Police are asking for the community’s help in identifying the family of a lost child.
LPD says officers found the boy around 9:10 a.m. Thursday, July 3, in the area of 24th and C Streets in southwest Lincoln. So far, they have not been able to find the boy’s family or relatives.
He is currently in the care of the Department of Health and Human Services while authorities work to locate his family.
Anyone with information about his identity or his parents is asked to contact police at 402-441-6000.
