A crash late Sunday afternoon at 90th and Adams claimed the life of a 21-year-old motorcyclist. The preliminary investigation determined the motorcyclist was traveling eastbound on Adams St with the SUV turning onto Adams when they collided just before 5:30 pm. Speed appears to be a factor in this collision.
Medical personnel rendered aid to the motorcyclist, who was pronounced deceased.
The driver of the SUV was voluntarily evaluated by an LPD Drug Recognition Expert, although no impairment was suspected at the scene.
