After hiding from the public eye for a while since his historic beef with Kendrick Lamar, Drake is ready to get back behind the mic and drop his next studio album: Iceman.

Drake has kept his movements very minimal over the past few years since the infamous beef. He has been dropping hints and a few singles to test the waters on how he wants to roll out Iceman over the past few months.

Earlier this week, a large ice structure made out of multiple ice blocks was revealed in downtown Toronto. Drake revealed on Instagram that the release date for his upcoming album was hidden inside the structure. Fans chipped away at the structure for days, until a streamer named Kiska discovered a hidden bag inside. He then traveled to Drake’s Toronto mansion where he unpacked a photo book containing the release date, along with many cryptic images hinting at the topics of the album. He was then gifted $50,000 in cash, along with a brief appearance by Drake himself on his stream.

The album is scheduled to be released on May 15th. The picture book that contained the release date had random images scattered throughout the book. One of the images that stuck out to fans contained the Disney character Pinocchio in the crosshairs of a scope. This is likely referencing the beef between him and Kendrick Lamar. Drake has been very subtle about his views on the topic, but fans are expecting him to explicitly address the aftermath of the historic feud on the album.

There are numerous artists expected to have features on this project, including Sexyy Red, Future, Julia Wolf and even country star Morgan Wallen.
