Lincoln Police were called to 20th and Worthington Avenue around 1:11 p.m. Sunday, November 1st after receiving a report of a stabbing. Officers made contact with a 31 yea rold man who stated he had been stabbed near the front door of his apartment.
The man had cuts to his right leg, left leg, left arm and left side of the chest. Police say they were serious injuries but the man will recover.
Officers interviewed witnesses, collected digital and forensic evidence, and are attempting to establish a timeline and motive for the assault, as well as identify and locate a suspect.
