Lincoln Police were called to 4th and Honor Drive on Monday, November 9th for a disturbance.  Officers spoke with a 49 year old man who stated he and his girlfriend were visiting a friend when the couple started arguing.  The friend asked them to leave and as the man was getting into their vehicle, his girlfriend came out of the apartment with a knife.

Police say the man reported to them the woman threatened to kill him while he was inside the vehicle.  She then started banging on the car and ended up slashing a tire with the knife.  Police say the man feared for his life and the officer saw the damage to the vehicle consistent with the tire being cut.

Officers then contacted 47 year old D’Angela Williams inside the apartment and saw a knife next to her belongings.  Williams was taken into custody and booked for terroristic threats, use of a deadly weapon to commit a felony and for 3rd degree assault.
