5 COVID-19 Deaths Monday, 204 New Cases In Lancaster County

There are five more COVID-19 deaths in Lancaster County today bringing the total number to 98.  The individuals were a woman in her 80’s and a woman in her 90’s, both in long-term care facilities.  The individuals were a woman in her 50’s and a woman and a man in their 70’s who were hospitalized.

There are 204 lab-confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Lancaster County today, bringing the community total to 18,820.  Recoveries are up from 5,437 to 5,492  The weekly positivity rate from November 29th through December 5th was 33.9%.  The rate for December 6th and 7th is 29.7%.

There are 238 people hospitalized with 13 patients on ventilators.
