Tiago Rey here, I’m not related to Rachel Ray, but I sure enjoy eating a lot. That’s why I bring you this recipe I found on Pinterest for your series watching marathons: Pizza Roll Nachos
These are the ingredients:
Instructions:
1.Pre-heat oven to 425*
2. Use a pan and put some foil or parchment paper on it
3. Make sure you single-layer all pizza rolls and bake 10 minutes.
4. Keep all pizza rolls together.
5. In a bowl, throw some refried beans and salsa and put it in your microwave for about 45 seconds to 1 minute until it becomes spreadable.
6. Sprinkle some cheese over the pizza rolls.
7. Drop bean/salsa mixture over the cheese
8. top with green chiles and sprinkle some more cheese.
9. Bake for another 2 to 3 minutes.
10. Sprinkle final product with shredded lettuce. Top with tomato and green onions. Throw some hot sauce if you desire and serve with guacamole and sour cream.
It should take you about 25 minutes
