Lincoln Officer Erin Spilker says police responded to multiple victims in and around the Rockledge Apartments near the intersection of Van Dorn and 84th St Thursday.
In one instance, a 27-year-old victim told officers two guns and credit cards were stolen from a Jeep that he thinks may have been left unlocked.
In another, a 19-year-old told officers her unlocked Mitsubishi Outlander was stolen.
Other larcenies were reported in the area as well.
Spilker said the incidents serve as a good reminder to always lock your vehicle and to remove any valuables that may be inside.
She added the suspects have yet to be identified but an investigation is ongoing.
