The 18 year old driver involved in a deadly accident on March 3rd near South 27th and Tierra Drive will face charges.
Kylie Hill was cited by LPD for no seat belt use, no driver’s license and for mother vehicle homicide – misdemeanor. Police say that Hill was driving an SUV and was making a turn on Tierra Drive when a northbound motorcycle driven by 19 year old Simon Blair hit the back of the vehicle. Blair was rushed to a hospital where he later died.
