The Nebraska Department of Labor released unemployment claim statistics for the week of March 7 – March 13.
There were 14 fewer new regular unemployment claims and Pandemic Unemployment Assistance claims filed for the week ending March 13th compared to the week before. There was a 945 drop in the number of continued regular claims filed during that same time period compared to the week prior and continued PUA claims dropped by one.
There was a slight decline in the number of benefit payments issued for the week ending March 13th.
