Lincoln Parks and Recreation announced that city pools will remain closed Wednesday, May 28, due to continued cold weather.
Pools are now scheduled to open Thursday, May 29, pending warmer temperatures. City policy requires a forecasted high of at least 70 degrees for pools to open. Staff monitor conditions daily. Once open, pool hours will be 1 to 6 p.m. daily at nine locations across the city.
Family Swim Nights begin June 2 and are offered from 6 to 8 p.m. The fee is $15 per family of two adults and four children. The Trago Sprayground is already open from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily.
