A poll of the Big Ten’s 18 volleyball coaches tabbed Nebraska as the favorite to win the conference, just ahead of defending national champion Penn State. In addition, four Huskers were named preseason All-Big Ten by the conference coaches Thursday.

Andi Jackson, Harper Murray and Bergen Reilly were all unanimously selected to the team, while Rebekah Allick also earned selection to the 20-player squad. Of the five players picked to the All-Big Ten team unanimously, three were Huskers.

Jackson is looking to build off her breakout sophomore season at middle blocker, in which she earned first-team All-America honors ad unanimous All-Big Ten first-team honors. She averaged 2.62 kills per set and ranked sixth in the nation with a .439 hitting percentage. She notched 1.18 blocks per set as well.

Murray grabbed second-team AVCA All-America honors after leading Nebraska in service aces with 39 while registering 3.40 kills per set.

Reilly became the first-ever Big Ten setter to earn conference Setter of the Year honors as both a freshman and a sophomore. She grabbed second-team all-conference honors in both years as well. She averaged 11.08 assists per set last season.

Allick was third in the Big Ten with a team-leading 1.43 blocks per set. She has earned second-team All-Big Ten recognition.

Nebraska volleyball will face the media Monday at Big Ten Media Days, just ahead of opening practice for the 2025 season this week.
