The Lincoln-Lancaster County Health Department has announced the launch of a new online mental wellbeing platform called CredibleMind. The platform provides Lincoln and Lancaster County residents access to evidence-based mental health resources that can be personalized to fit their needs.
“CredibleMind is a tool we can use to better understand and take charge of our own mental wellbeing,” says Health Director Kerry Kernen, “It’s a one-stop-shop where we can learn new skills, take assessments, and find helpful information and local resources.”
CredibleMind is available at myhealthymind.crediblemind.com. It’s free, confidential and available 24/7. It features access to over 10,000 self-care and mental wellbeing resources covering more than 100 topics including anxiety, depression, grief, parenting, relationships, self-care, stress and substance use.
Kernen says it also has assessments that help you understand your own mental health and content that’s adaptable to your needs and learning style. It also connects residents to local mental health wellbeing resources.
