A Lincoln man is arrested for indecent exposure almost a year after the incident.
Lincoln Police Officer Erin Spilker said that in May of last year, a victim reported she was confronted by a man who exposed himself to her while she was entering her apartment complex in the 5600 block of Roose Street.
The suspect was never caught.
The same victim was recently shown footage of another indecent exposure from earlier this month in an area near 84th and Old Cheney.
“She said that 100% it was the same person that she had her encounter with,” said Spilker.
37-year-old Daniel Sears was arrested and hailed for the 2019 incident.
Spilker added Sears was also cited and arrested in two other exposures in early March.
