The intersection of South 27th Street and Sheridan Boulevard will close Monday, Oct. 26, for traffic signal work. Lincoln Transportation and Utilities expects the work to be completed by early winter.
Sheridan Boulevard will also close in both directions between Lake Street and Bradfield Drive. South 27th Street between Van Dorn and South streets is already closed for a paving project.
Drivers are encouraged to use alternate routes and exercise caution near the closures. LTU said project dates may change because of weather or unforeseen circumstances.
